1. Find your Product Number

The Product Number is a 10-digit sequence: 2 letters and 8 numbers.

You can find it on your email receipt or on the package.

2. Locate your product on our website

Enter your Product Number in the search bar on the top right corner our website.

3. Click the "Packing List / Download" Tab

Your product page will have a series of tabs below the product's photo.

Click the "Packing List / Download" tab.

4. Click Download

Scroll down the page, and the download link will be located on the bottom left.
